Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund minus a processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund. Please note that special conditions may apply for high-demand periods or special packages, where cancellations might not be refundable.
Liability
Visit Cozumel Island acts solely as a booking agent for the tours and activities offered on the Website. We do not operate the tours ourselves. Therefore, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour. We strongly recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance before participating in any activities.
